This 1.5-hour course helps staff use Carey Group's Driver Workbook to identify the “driver,” or the criminogenic need that has the greatest influence on a youth's unlawful behavior. By focusing on the driver, corrections professionals can choose the strategies, interventions, and tools that have the greatest potential for achieving behavior change.
